お客様のプライバシーと個人データの保護は、私どもGravotech（または「当社」）が厳重な注意のもと管理を行う重要な情報です。
グラボテック は 一般データ保護規則（EU2016 / 679を参照） （以下「GDPR」）に準拠して個人の権利を保護することに努めています。

個人情報とは
個人情報とは、識別された、あるいは識別可能なお客様に関する全ての情報を意味します。
使用する個人情報とは
当社との取引、またはウェブサイトを訪れている間、Gravotech は以下の情報を収集し、処理することがあります：
- 当社のウェブサイトにあるお問い合わせフォームなどに記入する際、あるいはニュースレターを購読するなどの際、ご注文いただく際、お客様が提供した個人情報（氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号など）
- あなたの経歴、資格情報、経験、写真など採用プロセスにおいて当社に提供されたすべての情報

個人情報の利用目的とは
当社は、お客様から個人情報をご提供いただく場合、あらかじめ個人情報の利用目的を明示し、その利用目的の範囲内で利用します。 あらかじめ明示した利用目的の範囲を超えて、お客様の個人情報を利用する必要が生じた場合は、法令で認められている場合を除き、お客様にその旨をご連絡し、お客様の同意をいただいた上で利用します。
お客様の個人情報は、次のような特定の目的にのみ使用できます：
- ウェブサイトの管理（ホスティング、セキュリティ、コンテンツの最適化、ユーザーの活動に関する統計）
- マーケティングとコミュニケーション（リードおよび顧客データベースの管理、お問い合わせ情報管理、ニュースレターへの登録）

誰があなたの個人データを受け取り、処理するのか？
当社（グラボテックマーキングとその関連会社）、当社のコミュニケーションとマーケティングおよび/または関係管理販売会社（共同管理者として）、当社のウェブサイトホスティング下請け会社（Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.）、当社のデータベース管理下請け会社（ACTENCYおよびSCAFE、フランス）、当社の通信下請け会社（SENDINBLUE (BREVO)、フランス）は上記の目的でお客様の個人情報を受領し処理する場合があります。
個人情報の欧州連合（EU）の第三国/地域への転送
当社は、Gravotechグループ内の個人情報及び関連する第三者（データプロセッサを含む）に、必要があると判断した場合に、個人情報を転送することがあります。これらの企業は欧州連合（EU）外に位置する場合があります。このデータ移行には、Gravotechの行動規範や標準的なデータ保護条項の遵守に則り、適切な保護措置が適用されます。
個人情報の保管期間とは
当社は、当社のビジネス関係または法的義務を満たすことを要求される限り、お客様の個人情報を処理及び保管します。お客様の個人情報が当社の義務の履行において不要となった場合、GDPRに基づく特定の証拠保存が不要となった場合、または法律的処置が不要の場合には、定期的に消去されます。
お客様が異議申し立ての権利を行使しない限り、採用プロセスを担当する人事部は、お客様の個人情報を収集してから最大12ヶ月間保持します。
セキュリティ
当社は、偶発的または意図的な操作、紛失、破壊、及び権限のない者によるアクセスに対し、当社が保管する個人情報を保護するために、技術的及び組織的セキュリティ対策を施しています。
お客様の権利について
当社が保管しているお客様の個人情報について、いつでも以下の権利を行使することができます:
- アクセス:お客様の個人情報がご自身に関するものであるかどうか、お客様の個人情報が当社によって処理されているかどうかを知る権利を有します（GDPR第15条）
- 是正措置:お客様に関する個人情報に誤りがあった場合に修正する権利を有します（GDPR第16条）
- 削除:お客様の個人情報を削除する権利があります（GDPR第17条）
- 該当する場合の処理の制限（GDPR第18条）
